Just think sausage...just think sausage

"Black pudding is the best thing to come out of Stornoway besides my mum." Those were the words of a friend who will remain nameless.
We were not disappointed. Our thanks to Hamish and Jenny Maclean who gave us a package that had been hand-delivered from Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.

    It was good alone and great with bacon :) Tastes a bit like sausage but has the texture of haggis.
