Hallway: Kitchen door is to the left, entrance to the flat is on the right, and closet pictured in prior post is directly behind. The door on the right is the boys' room. First door on the left is a closet, then the bath, and last the master bedroom. Main room is straight ahead.
I think this one's obvious.

What is an electric shower? Are their sensors so the water knows when to turn on and off. Can you set the temperature digitally?

ReplyDeleteAn electric heater is basically a plus because of energy efficiency and immediate (or close to it) hot water. Because the electric shower heats the water instantly, energy is not used to maintain the temperature and only the required quantity of water is heated. At least that's my understanding. Jonathan Keefe told us it's a good thing :)
The shower itself has a temperature control and lo-med-hi dial. The bath water is heated by the boiler and is not turned on for a shower.
